Refund Policy

7-day full refund

If you're not happy with ChartedCV, you can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase. No questions asked. This applies to both the $39 Job Search Bundle and the $49 Lifetime Bundle.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@chartedcv.com within 7 days of purchase, from the email address used at checkout.
2. Include your receipt number (on your Stripe receipt email) or purchase date.
3. We confirm by email, usually within [2] business days.

How refunds are processed

• We issue refunds through our payment processor, Stripe, to your original payment method. When the money appears depends on your bank or card issuer.
• Once refunded, your paid access ends, including exports. Your account and drafts stay until you delete them, and free features remain available.
• Taxes collected at checkout are refunded together with the purchase.

After 7 days

Purchases are non-refundable after 7 days, except where required by law, or for duplicate or mistaken charges, which we'll always fix.

EU/UK consumers

Under EU/UK law, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. By starting to use paid features right after purchase, you ask us to begin immediately and acknowledge that this right ends once the content is delivered. Our voluntary 7-day refund still applies.

Please contact us before disputing a charge

If something went wrong, email us first; we'll make it right quickly. Chargebacks take longer for you and cost us a fee.
