How this check works
We look for nursing terms in the posting (license type and state, certifications like BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS and TNCC, unit and specialty names, EHR systems such as Epic and Cerner, and clinical skills), note which lines say “required” or “preferred”, and check whether your resume shows each one. We also run basic formatting checks that applicant tracking systems depend on: standard section headings, contact details, dated roles, certification expiry dates and length.
The score is an estimate based on the posting text. Each employer configures its own ATS, so no tool can guarantee how a specific system will rank you. Only add keywords that are true for you.
